Galvanizing and Alloy Galvanizing
Zinc and zinc alloy plating

Strong and durable
Including cyanide, acidic, alkaline non-cyanide galvanizing, as well as various types of hexavalent and trivalent chromate solutions, passivators, and sealing lacquers to maximize corrosion resistance of chromate-based solutions in yellow, bronze, black, and olive colors based on hexavalent or trivalent chromium capacities

– CYTRAS 21 Cyanide Galvanizing
The CYTRAS 21 process is designed for cyanide-based electroplating solutions, known for its simplicity and cost-effectiveness. This solution is highly stable and suitable for high-current density applications. The resulting coating is bright and offers the capability of chromate conversion even in high-temperature solutions.
– SLOTANIT OT Acidic Galvanizing
This process uses a weak acidic solution for galvanic coating, suitable for both rack and barrel plating. The resulting coating is highly bright and flexible. The chromate layer formed during chromating exhibits excellent adhesion.
– BRIGHT ZINC ZINCASLOT E220 Non-Cyanide Alkaline Galvanizing
This process is suitable for non-cyanide alkaline electrolytes for rack and barrel systems. Key features include excellent metal distribution, good adhesion to the substrate, and the ability to operate over a wide range of current densities.
– Zinc Alloy Plating
Eshluter is a leader in zinc alloy plating for iron-zinc, nickel-zinc, and cobalt-zinc alloys. These processes allow for achieving very high corrosion resistance, both in rack and barrel applications. These coatings are widely used in household appliances and automotive components.

– SLOTOLOY ZN 80 Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating
The SLOTOLOY ZN 80 process is used for electroplating zinc-nickel alloy in an alkaline solution, with nickel content as an alloying element ranging from 12-15%. It works with insoluble nickel anodes and provides excellent metal distribution and alloy composition stability over a wide range of current densities. The resulting coatings exhibit very high corrosion resistance and are widely used in automotive and household appliance plating.
– SLOTOLOY ZE 100 Zinc-Iron Alloy Galvanizing
The SLOTOLOY ZE 100 process is an alkaline process with complexing agents, used to create a zinc-iron alloy coating containing 3-10% iron. This process provides excellent coverage and metal distribution. It is used to create corrosion-resistant coatings, particularly for automotive components.
– SLOTOLOY 310 Acidic Zinc-Nickel Alloy Galvanizing
The SLOTOLOY 310 process is a rack and barrel process in a weak acidic solution, providing corrosion resistance with a 12-15% nickel content in the coating. Similar to alkaline solutions, this process is highly suitable for plating cast iron parts. It finds extensive use in automotive plating, especially for bolts and nuts.
These processes are widely utilized in automotive and household appliance plating due to their high corrosion resistance properties.
