Heat Exchange:
Unique-designed heat exchangers, both for heating and cooling purposes, made from the most durable and highest-quality materials such as titanium and alloy steels, are offered in various sizes by Mazurczak Company, Germany.
Immersion Rod type Heaters:
This series of products, known as ROTKAPPE, enjoys global renown and is available in various sizes and heat output capacities ranging from 0.3 to 3 kilowatts. They are offered in different materials including stainless steel, titanium, Teflon, quartz, and various super alloys. These heaters are widely used in chemical solutions and electroplating processes without the risk of solution leakage, heater corrosion, or material deposition. In addition to the cylindrical shape, these heaters are also available in angled designs.
Spiral Heaters :
Varieties of heaters under the brand names GALMAFLEX and GALMAFORM are actually PTFE (Teflon) rod heaters, shaped for various applications. As seen in the images, they can also be installed on tank bottoms.
Flat Spiral Heaters:
Teflon flat spiral heaters are also available under the brand names GALMAFLON and ROTAFLON, with various power ratings, made of Teflon. These heaters are ideal for chromium and hard chromium solutions containing catalysts, as well as nickel electroless solutions.
Cartridge Heaters:
GALOR series cartridge heaters are used for heating liquids, molten materials, vapors, and gases. They can be delivered either fully assembled or as standalone cartridges.
Reliable Control and Maintenance:
Ensuring the safety and proper functioning of our products over extended periods without creating any issues or risks in the use of temperature and liquid level control equipment is our top priority. We provide a range of products, from simple thermal sensors to advanced electronic equipment, to guarantee the reliable control and maintenance of parameters.
Liquid Level Controllers:
MTS series and NS series liquid level controllers, along with probe rods, control the minimum and maximum levels of liquids, thus preventing overflow, settling of solutions, or damage to heaters.
Electronic Thermostats: MTR series and ENR series electronic thermostats provide the necessary assurance for proper functioning within the defined temperature range.
The TF type probe, which includes a PT100 sensor, accurately and simply controls the temperature while being made of corrosion-resistant materials.
The ETS and ENR thermostat models precisely control the permissible level of solutions.
The temperature limiters of the STB and ETB series prevent further temperature increase very quickly and accurately when the temperature of the solution exceeds the permissible limit.
The B-STRU thermostats independently maintain the temperature of the solution at the desired level and can easily be coupled with other heaters, including ROTKAPE series heaters.
