New Filtration System with External Vertical Pump
Iran Board Electronics Company presents a new and exclusive design for plating tank filtration systems with vertical pumps.
The main advantages of this system over conventional systems are increased solution lifespan, zero leakage, higher safety, larger filtration area, greater solution circulation, bottom tank suction, and lower cost.

Precious Metal Recovery Filters
Iran Electronic Board Company presents a new and exclusive design of filtration for electroplating tanks with vertical pumps.
Precious Metal Recovery with Hendor method (HRC): Hendor Company has introduced a unique product to the market for the recovery of precious metals such as gold, silver, rhodium, etc., from electroplating wastewater. Through this method, a high percentage of these metals can be separated from the wastewater.
The advantages of this device include:
1- Low energy consumption cost
2- High separation rate
3- Affordable and disposable cathode
4- High precision in the separation process
5- Simple and cost-effective process
6- Compact size
One of Hendor’s customers was able to recover 7.5 kilograms of silver within 4 weeks using this device.

Types of Pumps

Examples of Horizontal Pumps
Made of PP or PVDF materials

Sample of Vertical Pump
Made of PP or stainless steel PVDF
Eductor
The most common method of agitation involves using a blower or compressed air compressor. Air agitation pipes are placed at the bottom of electroplating tanks. These pipes are made of PVC, stainless steel, or titanium. Recently, the use of an eductor has also become prevalent in agitation of electroplating solutions. Its function is to increase the flow rate of the solution when it returns from the pump filter to the tank or by a pump alone. This is achieved by directing the solution into the nozzle of the eductor at a high speed, creating an additional flow of solution around the eductor. This induced flow adds to the pumped solution and increases its volume by 5 times. The source of the pumped solution can be from a pump or the outlet pipe of the filter.
