The main activities performed at the Iran Electronic Board Company laboratory include:
– Receiving raw parts from customers for sampling and electroplating in the pilot line to conduct quality tests on electroplating processes before selling materials and providing training to customers.
– Converting electroplating solutions according to the requests of esteemed electroplaters to Schlotter or EPP processes in the laboratory to prevent future problems in the solutions.
– Periodic analysis to ensure the proper concentration of electroplating solutions.
– Presence of experts to create new solutions at customer workshops.
– Defect and problem elimination of solutions using Hull cell and universal salt tests in the laboratory.
– Conducting training courses to educate and update the knowledge of esteemed electroplaters.

Periodic visits
Iran Electronic Board Company conducts periodic visits by its technical experts to the customer’s premises for initial setup and examination of potential future issues in the established solutions as part of its after-sales services. Throughout the period of customer purchase, the company provides laboratory services, periodic visits to customers’ premises, as well as consultation and defect elimination in electroplating solutions. With suitable laboratory facilities, a qualified technical team, support from foreign colleagues, and a relatively comprehensive understanding of electroplating processes, the company is ready to collaborate with esteemed customers.
