Product Introduction:
This device is equipped with an internal heat exchanger and capable of producing 750-10 liters of distilled water per hour at a low temperature (35°C), with the aim of water and raw material recovery or ensuring compliance with allowable pollutant levels before discharge to the sewage system. This device can be customized according to customer needs and specific operational requirements. Additionally, it includes special models for chromium-containing wastewater, constructed using titanium and acid-resistant resins.
Main Applications:
This device is specially designed for industrial applications such as electroplating, direct casting, quenching process wastewater in heat treatments, pharmaceuticals, related chemical industries, food and beverage products, and in general, all wastewater containing toxic substances.
General Specifications of the Device:
Steam tank made of A-316 / 316 L stainless steel, optionally coated with acid-resistant ceramic. It also features easy-access separability with necessary service accesses, a glass door, and an internal lighting system.
Heat exchanger located at the top of the tank for condensing the generated steam.
Vacuum conditions provided by a pump.
